About Fort Wayne Primary Care Medicine

At Fort Wayne Primary Care Medicine, we are committed to providing quality care courteously and professionally with the highest ethical standards.

We offer Primary Care and Integrative medicine, in addition to I.V. Infusions. Our lead physician is Internal medicine board certified. Together with a Nurse Practitioner, I.V. Technician, and Medical Assistants, our providers offer the most advanced treatments available today.

We are still accepting integrative medicine patients, in a lower volume. We have gradually transitioned from Integrative medicine to Primary Care medicine due to Dr. Veerula’s health.

As most of our patients know, Dr. Veerula has End Stage Renal Disease and is currently being treated with hemodialysis. The hemodialysis treatment occurs several times during the week. In addition to offering primary and integrative medicine, our patients have the convenience of an on-site laboratory for urine, blood, or other testing. We offer primary care patients an annual exam that will provide a weight and height check, blood pressure screening, vitamin and nutrient screening, discussion about necessary immunizations and health screenings such as a mammogram, cholesterol, colon screening, diabetes blood glucose screening, and any changes in the patient’s health.

The practice offers treatment protocols such as hormone balancing for both men and women (Bioidentical), Weight Loss programs, I.V. Infusion therapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen, and Alpha-Stim® therapy.
