NAD+ and its function within the body

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) is a derivative of niacin (B3) and turns carbohydrates, fats, and amino acids into nutrients that fuel the body. Scientists investigating brain health and longevity have found that NAD+ is an essential coenzyme that promotes cellular regeneration and brain restoration.
