Medical Consultation
A $225.00 fee is required for a medical consultation and clearance before the first Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy session.
Terms & Conditions
- The $225.00 consultation fee includes a Provider evaluation and medical clearance before the start of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) and after every 10 sessions. The consultation fee is non-refundable. This fee will be applied to the price of any purchased package after the first consultation.
- All sessions use 100% medical grade oxygen 10L/min included.
- Cancelations or rescheduled appointments require 72 hours (3 business days) advance notice. If this timeframe is not met, there is a $50 fee, this fee also applies to missed appointments.
- A refund for Hyperbaric Oxygen sessions is permitted up to 10 business days after purchase. After 10 days a 50% Office Credit will be issued.
- Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions require full payment upfront.
- Available HBOT pressures: 1.3ATA, 1.5ATA, 1.75ATA, 2.0ATA, 2.2ATA (atmosphere absolute [ATA]).
