Meet Dr. Veerula
Dr. Veerula is a Primary Care, Board Certified Internal and Integrative Medicine Physician; he serves both Fort Wayne and the surrounding communities and is the lead physician at Fort Wayne Integrative Medicine and Fort Wayne Primary Care. Fort Wayne Integrative Medicine not only offers primary care but other health services as well. This can include I.V. infusions, Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy, Bioidentical Hormone therapy, and Alpha-Stim® treatment.
Dr. Veerula has worked as a Hospitalist, Hospice Physician, and Medical Director for several skilled nursing facilities. This has given Dr. Veerula an extensive background that benefits his patients who have diverse needs.
The goal is to treat each patient as an individual, so they can thrive at an optimal level of health; and to provide personalized direction to each patient. Dr. Veerula empowers his patients to oversee their wellness with his support and that of his staff.
Raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, he attended Purdue University Fort Wayne as an undergraduate, then completed his Medical Degree at Aureus School of Medicine in Aruba. From there he completed his internship and residency at Staten Island University Hospital, N.Y. Followed by his Board Certification in Internal medicine (ABIM) and Integrative medicine (ABIHM). Dr. Veerula’s extended family is also in the medical field, so he decided to return to his childhood roots and began his private practice in Fort Wayne.
